IDD04SG60CXTMA2 is a 3rd generation thinQ!™ SiC schottky diode. Application includes SMPS e.g.; CCM PFC, motor drives, solar applications, UPS.
- Revolutionary semiconductor material silicon carbide
- Switching behaviour benchmark
- No reverse recovery / no forward recovery
- Temperature independent switching behaviour
- High surge current capability
- Qualified according to JEDEC for target applications
- Optimized for high temperature operation, lowest figure of merit QC/IF
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600V (T j=25°C), total capacitive charge is 4.5nC (typ,T j=150°C)
- Continuous forward current is 4A (T C<130°C)
- PG-TO252-3 package, operating and storage temperature range from -55 to 175°C
