                      Product Overview

                      IM72D128V01XTSA1 is an IP57 dust and water-resistant digital PDM XENSIV™ MEMS microphone. It is an ultra-high performance digital PDM MEMS microphone designed for applications that require a very high SNR and low distortion and which is also IP57 robust to dust and water. Best-in-class signal-to-noise ratio of 72dB(A) enables far-field and low-volume audio pick-up. The flat frequency response (20Hz low-frequency roll-off) and tight manufacturing tolerance improve the performance of multi-microphone applications. The digital microphone ASIC contains an extremely low-noise preamplifier and a high-performance sigma-delta ADC. Typical applications include active noise cancellation headphones and earphones, devices with Voice user interface, smart speakers, home automation, IoT devices, high-quality audio capturing, laptops and tablets, conference systems, cameras and camcorders, and industrial or home monitoring with audio pattern detection.

                      • Signal to noise ratio is 67dB(A) typ (fclock = 768KHz, 20Hz to 8KHz bandwidth, TA = 25°C)
                      • Digital PDM output, omnidirectional pickup pattern
                      • Power optimized modes determined by PDM clock frequency
                      • Total harmonic distortion is 0.5% typ (measuring 2nd to 5th harmonics, 1KHz, 94dBSPL, TA = 25°C)
                      • Supply voltage range from 1.62 to 3.6V
                      • Clock duty cycle range from 40 to 60% (fclock≤ 3MHz, TA = 25°C)
                      • Clock rise/fall time is 13ns max (10% to 90%, TA = 25°C)
                      • PG-LLGA-5-3 package, ambient operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
