Product Overview
TLI49611MXTSA1 is a bipolar hall effect latch for industrial applications. Its superior supply voltage ranges from 3.0V to 32V with overvoltage capability up to 42V without external resistor makes it ideally suited for industrial applications. The magnetic behavior as a latch and switching thresholds of typical ±2 mT make the device especially suited for the use with a pole wheel for index counting applications and for rotor position detection as in brushless DC motor commutation.
- 1.6mA supply current, open drain output interface
- Operation from unregulated power supply
- Reverse polarity protection (-18V)
- Output overcurrent and overtemperature protection
- Active error compensation, high stability of magnetic thresholds
- Low jitter (typ. 0.35μs), high ESD performance
- Output fall time is 0.4μs typ at 1.2kohm / 50pF, VDD=12V and TA=25°C
- Output rise time is 0.5μs typ at 1.2kohm / 50pF, VDD=12V and TA=25°C
- PG-SOT23-3-15 package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
