Product Overview

The 2450 CAL from Keithley is a 2400 series 200V, 1A, 20W SourceMeter unit (SMU) instrument. This fourth generation, all in one truly brings ohm’s law (current, voltage and resistance) testing right to fingertips. Its innovative GUI and advanced, capacitive touchscreen technology allow intuitive usage and minimize the learning curve to enable engineers and scientists to learn faster, work smarter and invent easier. It has 20.00000mV to 200.0000V voltage, 10.00000nA to 1.000000A current, <2.000000 ohm to >200.0000Mohm resistance range, >250,000 point reading buffer, >3000 readings/second. The 2450 is versatile instrument, particularly well suited for characterizing modern scaled semiconductors, nano-scale devices and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics and other small geometry and low power devices. All this combined with Keithley SMU precision and accuracy allows users to touch, test, invent with new favourite go to instrument in lab for years to come.

Hazardous voltages may be present on all output and guard terminals. To prevent electrical shock that could cause injury or death, never make or break connections to 2450 while instrument is on.
