The HV-CA-554-1 is a 1m high-voltage Triax Cable terminated on either end with a male high-voltage triax connector. This cable assembly can be used with 8010 high power device test fixture, 2657A high power system SourceMeter® instrument, 2657A-PM-200 external protection model and 2657A-LIM-3 LO interconnect module.
