Product Overview
The 63-0000-0977 is a no-clean Liquid Flux developed to reduce bottom side micro-solder balling and bridging. The wetting system is designed to allow for a larger process window and can survive the longer dwell times in extremely turbulent chip waves, designed for spray. Wash with hot de-ionized water at 140 to 160°F or use 1% solution of Kester's #5768 Bio-Kleen® saponifier in water.
