The 53220A CAL D from Keysight Technologies is a 53200A series 350MHz, 12digits/s, 100ps universal frequency counter/timer. Frequency counters are depended on in R&D and in manufacturing for the fastest, most accurate frequency and time interval measurements. The 53220 universal frequency counter/timer expands on this expectation to provide with the most information, connectivity and new measurement capabilities while building on the speed and accuracy user have depended on with Keysight Technologies time and frequency measurement expertise. The unit features built-in math analysis and colour, graphical display (trend and histogram) and continuous gap-free measurements. It offers new built-in analysis and graphing capabilities to maximize the insight and information receive. The universal frequency counter/timer complies with European low voltage directive and carries the CE-marking. It conforms to UL 61010-1, CSA C22.2 61010-1, IEC 61010-1:2001, CAT I.
