The DSOX1102G+DSOX1B7T102 from Keysight Technologies is an InfiniiVision 1000 X-series 70MHz/100MHz, 2 channel oscilloscope with function generator. Keysight’s InfiniiVision 1000 X-series oscilloscope is engineered to give quality, industry-proven technology. With the unique, Keysight-designed MegaZoom IV custom ASIC technology, the InfiniiVision 1000 X-series delivers up to 50,000wfms/sec. Waveform tools include quick access to waveform math like FFT, add, subtract, multiply and divide. Reference waveforms allow quick comparison of stored waveforms. External trigger can be used as a 3rd channel and displayed on-screen to create a bus-type display. Built-in WaveGen supports sine, square, ramp, pulse, DC and noise with amplitude and frequency modulation. The built-in function generator enables to generate signals user needs to quickly stimulate design. Signals are easily synchronized for measuring stimulus/response testing including frequency response analysis (Bode gain and phase).
