The E2679B from Keysight Technologies is an InfiniiMax single-ended solder-in probe head and accessories. The 6GHz extremely small single ended, solder-in probe heads for probing even the hardest to reach single ended signals.
- Accessory for InfiniiMax 1130B/31B/32B/34B and InfiniiMax II 1168B/69B probe
- Input capacitance is 0.50pF, input resistance is 25Kohm
