The MSOX3102A CAL D from Keysight Technologies is an InfiniiVision 3000 X-series mixed signal oscilloscope with 1GHz bandwidth and 2 analogue plus 16 digital channel. The 3000 X-series is an industry’s first 5 instruments in 1 integration which includes oscilloscope, integrated 16 digital channel mixed signal oscilloscope, built-in 20MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator with modulation, integrated digital voltmeter and serial protocol analyzer. It provides best signal visibility with large 8.5inch WVGA (800 x 480) display. The oscilloscope features up to 4Mpts (2Mpts standard) of memory with MegaZoom IV technology that is always enabled and responsive providing update rate at up to 1 million wfms/s. In addition, it also features 35 automated measurements, 10 parametric triggers, serial protocol triggers as well as waveform math functions including FFT. It has built-in USB host (one front, one back), USB device ports make PC connectivity easy and optional LAN, GPIB interface.
