The MSOX4024A CAL D from Keysight Technologies is an InfiniiVision 4000 X-series mixed signal oscilloscope with 200MHz bandwidth and 4 analogue channels and 16 digital channels. The 4000 X-series of 5 instruments in 1 is a fully upgradable best-in-class oscilloscope, integrated 16 digital channels on MSO models, serial protocol analyzer (optional), industry-exclusive WaveGen built-in, dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator (optional), integrated 3-digit voltmeter (optional). Keysight achieves this industry leading one million waveforms per second update rate with MegaZoom IV smart memory technology. The 4000 X-series has SENT, I²C, SPI, USB 2.0, RS232/UART, CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, CXPI, MIL-STD 1553, ARINC 429 and I²S interfaces.
