The N6735B CAL DU from Keysight Technologies is an Agilent N6730 series 60V, 0.8A, 50W low profile DC modular power system (MPS). This module provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price. The power module features low noise, stable operation & use module in any of the N6700 mainframes, 4 tiers of module performance-mix and match power, performance levels to optimize system for unique needs, fully compliant to LXI Class C specification, connect via GPIB, LAN, or USB, high end module for critical test requirements.
- Calibrated with data and uncertainties modular power system
- Output ripple and noise of 25mV(CV p-p²), 9mV(CV rms³ ), load effect of 13mV, 2mA
- Source effect of 6mV and 1mA, programming accuracy of 0.1%+60mV, 0.15%+20mA
- Voltmeter/ammeter measurement accuracy of 0.1%+60mV/ 0.15%+4mA
- Load transient recovery time is <200µs
- Programming ranges 70mV-61.2V, 2.5mA-0.85A and programming resolution of 18mV, 1mA
- Measurement resolution of 30mV, 1mA
- Programming temperature coefficient per °C is 0.005%+0.5mV, 0.005%+0.02mA
- Measurement temperature coefficient per °C is 0.01%+0.5mV, 0.01%+0.02mA
- Up-programming and down-programming time with full resistive load is 20ms
