                      Product Overview

                      The N6752A CAL DU from Keysight Technologies is a N6750 series 50V, 10A, 100W high-performance, autoranging DC power module. It provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. Optional high-speed test extension offers an oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT). This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 low-profile modular power system (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC power analyzer (for bench testing). Complies with GPIB, LAN, USB and LXI standards.

                      • Calibrated with data and uncertainties, up to 4 units/2 units can be connected parallel /series mode
                      • Acts like many power supplies in one & low noise, high-accuracy sourcing and measurement
                      • Output ripple and noise of 4.5mV(CV p-p²), 0.35mV(CV rms³ ), load effect of 2mV, 2mA
                      • Source effect of 1.2mV and 2mA, programming accuracy of 0.06%+25mV, 0.1%+12mA
                      • Voltmeter/ammeter measurement accuracy of 0.05%+20mV/ 0.1%+4mA
                      • Load transient recovery time is <100µs
                      • Programming ranges 20mV-51V, 10mA-10.2A and programming resolution of 3.5mV, 3.25mA
                      • Programming temperature coefficient per °C is 18ppm+160µV, 100ppm+45µA
                      • Measurement temperature coefficient per °C is 25ppm+35µV, 60ppm+3µA
                      • Measurement resolution of 1.8mV, 410µA
