Product Information
Product Overview
92 09 04 ESD is a plastic gripping tweezer. ESD tweezer is made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic, is electrically and thermally highly conductive and is characterized by high resistance to abrasion and scratching. With a surface resistance between 10^2 and 10^4 ohms to compensate in a controlled manner the differences in potential between the operator and the electronic components. ESD plastic tweezer is temperature-stable up to 130°C, short-term use is possible at up to 190°C. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic of the ESD variants is extremely flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-reducing and water-repellent, with good chemical resistance to most oils, greases, fuels and nonpolar solvents. ESD plastic tweezer is ideal for maximum surface protection when handling sensitive electronic components, micro-mechanical parts, as well as glass and ceramic components.
- Straight tips provide excellent precision and control when picking up and handling small objects
- Blunt tips offer a firm grip but won't damage surrounding components
- Smooth gripping surface will not mar fine components
- Smooth handles minimizes any potential interference with surrounding materials
- 100% anti-magnetic design minimizes magnetic interference
- 4-1/2" length, 7/16" width, 9/16" height
- DIN EN 61340 -5-1 standard
- 0.12mm tip thickness, 11.30mm tip length, 7.70mm tip width
Warnings
