- 0.01µF capacitance and ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 0805 (2012 Metric) case size
- 50V voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C
- Voltage temperature limits: ±15% without voltage; +15 -25% with rated voltage from -55 to +125°C
- Base metallization-barrier metal-solder coated(tin/lead alloy, w/ min of 4% lead) termination finish
- 0.001% failure rate level
