Product Overview
Ölflex® Tray II from Lapp is an Industrial Grade Unshielded Multiconductor Tray Cable with superior oil performance for long cable life. It has a pressure-extruded jacket and fine copper stranding for excellent flexibility, making it much easier to pull through tray. With UL TC-ER approval, no conduit is needed reducing material costs and saving on labor. Recommended applications include industrial plant expansions, automotive plants, cable tray wiring and anywhere VNTC® cables are used.
- Extremely oil-resistant, flexible tray-rated cable
- Finely stranded bare copper conductors for excellent flexibility
- Black PVC/nylon insulation is white numbered for easy identification plus green/yellow ground
- Black pressure-extruded thermoplastic polymer jacket improves flexibility and is oil- and sunlight-resistant
- Easier to pull than standard tray cables lowering labor costs
- UL TC-ER reduces material costs; no conduit is needed
- Installation bend radius (min.): ≤ 1 AWG 4 x cable diameter, ≥ 1 AWG 6 x cable diameter
- Temperature range: -25°C to +90°C UL/CSA TC; -40°C to +105°C (stationary);-25°C to +105°C (flex use)
- Voltage rating (nom.): 600V UL/CSA TC; 1000V UL WTTC/CSA AWM
- Approvals: TC-ER per UL 1277; MTW per UL 1063; WTTC per UL 2277; cUL CIC/TC FT4 (18 - 4/0 AWG); CSA AWM I/II A/B FT4
- Meets Class 1 Division 2 per NEC Article 501; NFPA 79
- Oil resistance per UL I/II; CSA C22.2 No. 210.2
- Flame resistance per UL 1581, CSA FT4 Vertical Flame Test; IEC 60332-3-24
- For direct burial, wet (75°C) or dry (90°C) locations and where sunlight resistance is needed
