SP4022 series SPA® unidirectional discrete TVS diode array protect against ESD and lightning induced surge events. It is suitable for use in xDSL Interfaces, RS-232, RS-485, power ports, security equipment, instrumentation, medical equipment, computers and peripherals applications.
