The TCR22-6 is a Thyristor SCR has glass-passivated junctions to ensure long-term device reliability and parameter stability. The Teccor's glass offers a rugged, reliable barrier against junction contamination. The Teccor line of sensitive SCR semiconductor is half-wave unidirectional, gate-controlled rectifier (SCR-thyristor) it complement Teccor's line of power SCRs. it is an excellent unidirectional switch for phase control applications.
