The Megger DET3TC ART Three Pole Earth Testing Kit offers a unique solution to your ground stake testing needs. The ground rod tester is rated to IP54 making it the ideal instrument for the necessary outdoor use. A large selector switch makes selection of 2 pole or 3 pole test easy even with gloves on, while the design also makes fitting shorting links for 2 pole tests a thing of the past. The Attached Rod Technique or ART is possible through use of the optional Megger ICLAMP. ART means that using the optional clamp around the ground rod connection allows the testing of the rod without the need for disconnection, leaving the earthing system intact during testing. Thus making the DET3TC a great solution for users who are concerned about the dangers and potential cost implications of disconnection of the earth spike.
