Product Overview
ATA6586-GTQW0-VAO is a CAN system basis chip (SBC) consisting of one CAN transceiver with partial networking, a 5V/150mA low drop voltage regulator, and a 5V/3.3V 30mA sensor supply. It offers various combinations of LDOs, CAN transceivers with or without partial networking, and LIN transceiver(s) in one package. The high-speed (up to 5Mbit/s) ISO 11898-2: 2016 compliant CAN transceiver is designed for applications in the automotive industry, providing differential transmit and receive capability to (a microcontroller with) a CAN protocol controller. It offers low-power modes in order to minimize current consumption in applications that are continuously connected to the battery. A wake-up from low-power mode is possible via messages on the bus and via high-voltage wake-up pins.
