Product Overview
MCP4011-202E/SN is a 6bit low cost, volatile, single digital potentiometer with U/(active low) D interface. It can be configured as either a potentiometer or rheostat. The wiper setting is controlled through a simple Up/active-low Down (U/active-low D) serial interface.
- RAM memory type, mid-scale POR wiper setting, 64 number of steps
- Operating voltage range from 2.7 to 5.5V (VSS = 0V, TA = +25°C)
- Ratiometric low tempco is 10ppm typ (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, VSS = 0V, TA = +25°C)
- Low wiper resistance is 75ohm (typ.)
- Resolution is 64Taps (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, VSS = 0V, TA = +25°C)
- Bandwidth -3dB is 4MHz typ (Code = 1F, output load = 30pF, TA = +25°C)
- Potentiometer integral non-linearity is ±0.25Lsb typ (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, VSS = 0V, TA = +25°C)
