MCP45HV51 is a single-channel, high voltage digital potentiometer (Digipot) family that supports 10V ~36V or +/-5V to +/-18V power rails.
- Wide Operating Voltage: - Analog: 10V to 36V; - Digital: 2.7V to 5.5V 1.8V to 5.5V (VL <lt/> V- + 2.7V)
- RAB Resistance Options: 5kΩ; 10kΩ; 50kΩ; 100kΩ
- I2C Serial Interface - 100 kHz; 400kHz and 3.4MHz
- 500kHz Typical Bandwidth (-3 dB) Operation (5.0 kΩ Device)
