Product Overview
The FM600TU-2A is an N-channel High Power MOSFET Module manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric, designed for use in low voltage and high current switching applications. This module consists of 6 MOSFET switches with low RDS (ON) and a fast recovery body diode to yield low loss. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sink baseplate. This offers simplified system assembly and thermal management.
