The 963-231-11A from Mitutoyo is a HR-320MS twin type (rockwell/rockwell superficial) hardness testing machine. It manually handles test force and preliminary test force selection. Motor drive controls loading sequence. The newly designed frame provides maximum clearance for positioning the workpiece. A flat table is all that is needed for mounting these testing machines. The digital type (HR-320MS) has a digimatic output and digimatic mini-processor (DP-1VR) to print and input tools (USB-ITN-E) to connect to a PC and use for data transfer. It has 7.1” (180mm) maximum specimen height, 6.5” (165mm) maximum depth and RS-232C, SPC data output. The dimension is 20.6” (523mm) x 9.25” (235mm) x 30.7”(780mm) (D x W x H) and mass is 102.07lb (46.3Kg). The power supply voltage is 120VAC (±10%), 60Hz.
