- 1.05V input (VDDQ) helps reduce total power dissipation
- Kelvin sensing (VTTSEN)
- ±30mV accuracy for VTT, ±18mV accuracy for VTTREF
- Built-in soft-start, UVLO and OCL
- Thermal shutdown
