MPM3695-100 is a 100A, scalable, fully integrated power module with a PMBus interface. The device offers a complete power solution that achieves up to 100A of output current with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage range. The MPM3695-100 operates at a high efficiency across a wide load range, and can be paralleled to deliver up to 800A of current. By integrating four interleaved phases in a single moulded power module, the MPM3695-100 adopts MPS's proprietary, multi-phase constant on-time (MCOT) control to provide ultra-fast transient response and simple loop compensation. The PMBus interface provides module configurations and monitoring of key parameters. The MPM3695-100 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components. It is available in a BGA (15mmx30mmx5.18mm) package. Application include telecom and networking systems, industrial equipment, servers and computing, FPGA and ASIC core power.
