The B260A-13-F is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier with solder-plated terminals and a molded plastic case. Solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-750, method 2026 standard. Color band denotes cathode end polarity. It is suitable for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling, polarity protection and surface mounted applications.
