Product Overview
74HC3G14DP,125 is a triple inverter with schmitt-trigger inputs. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. It features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114E exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V). It is used in applications such as wave and pulse shaper for highly noisy environments, astable multivibrators, monostable multivibrators.
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- Complies with JEDEC standard no. 7A
- High noise immunity, low power dissipation
- CMOS input level, balanced propagation delays, unlimited input rise and fall times
- Input leakage current is ±0.1μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; VCC = 6.0V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 1μA typical at (per input pin; VCC = 6V; VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A Tamb = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 2pF typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Hysteresis voltage is 0.60V typical at (VCC = 2.0V, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
