                      Product Overview

                      74HC4052PW-Q100,11 is a dual 4-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. It is a dual single-pole quad-throw analog switch (2x SP4T) suitable for use in analog or digital 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. Each switch features four independent inputs/outputs (nY0, nY1, nY2 and nY3) and a common input/output (nZ). A digital enable input (active-low E) and two digital select inputs (S0 and S1) are common to both switches. When active-low E is HIGH, the switches are turned off. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. This product has been qualified to the automotive electronics council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. It is used in applications such as analog multiplexing and demultiplexing, digital multiplexing and demultiplexing, signal gating.

                      • Logic level translation: to enable 5V logic to communicate with ±5V analog signals
                      • Typical ‘break before make’ built-in, ESD protection
                      • ON resistance (peak) is 100 ohm typ at (VCC = 2V; VEE = 0V; ISW = 100μA, Tamb = -40°C to +85°C)
                      • Input leakage current is ±1μA maximum at (VCC = 6V, Tamb = -40°C to +85°C)
                      • Supply current is 80.0μA maximum at (VCC = 6V, Tamb = -40°C to +85°C)
                      • Input capacitance is 3.5pF typical at (Tamb = -40°C to +85°C)
                      • Propagation delay is 14ns typical at (VCC = 2V; VEE = 0V, Tamb = -40°C to +85°C)
                      • Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
                      • TSSOP16 package
