The PMEG6010CEH from NXP is surface mount very low VF MEGA(planar maximum efficiency general application) schottky barrier rectifier in SOD-123F package. This device is intended for use in low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC/DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection and low power consumption applications.
