PTVS54VS1UR,115 is a PTVSxS1UR series 400W unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) in a SOD123W small and flat lead low-profile Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed for transient overvoltage protection. Applications include power supply protection, automotive application, industrial application, and power management.
- Rated peak pulse power is 400W max, reverse standoff voltage is 54V max
- Breakdown voltage is 60.00 to 66.30V (IR = 1mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Reverse leakage current is 0.001μA (at VRWM, Tj = 25°C)
- Clamping voltage is 87.1V max, 4.6A IPPM (Tj = 25°C)
- Small plastic package suitable for surface-mounted design
- Very low package height is 1mm, AEC-Q101 qualified
