Product Overview
RTP3034 is a remote transmitter protector. It features three-stage protection and fine over-voltage protection helps ensure the lowest residual surge voltage reaches sensitive equipment. Its flexible installation allows the enclosure to be installed “dead-ended", “T" configured, or in-line. It is optimized for the protection of 2-wire industrial 4-20mA loops and is suitable for exposed locations. It is design to meet ANSI®/IEEE® C62.41.2-2002 Cat A, Cat B, Cat C.
- Supports line currents up to 145mA and protects 24VDC powered equipment
- 21VAC, 30VDC nominal system voltage, 23VAC, 33VDC max continuous operating voltage
- 145mA rated load current
- Gas discharge tube, metal oxide varistor, silicon avalanche diode technology
- 14ohm loop resistance, common, differential protection mode
- IP55 enclosure rating, stainless steel enclosure material
- 3/4" NPT thread size, 5" height, 1.380" diameter
- Temperature range from -40 to 149°F
