The MC912DG128ACPVE is a 16-bit Application-specific Microcontroller with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 8MHz. The device incorporates 128kB internal flash, 8kB internal RAM, 2kB on-chip EEPROM, two 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter and 69 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like synchronous serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two asynchronous serial communications interface (SCI) module and Inter IC bus interface (I2C).
