Product Overview
The MCF51EM128CLL is a ColdFire family of 32-bit variable-length reduced instruction set (RISC) Microcontroller. The MCF51AC128 series are based on the V1 ColdFire core and operates at processor core speeds up to 50.33MHz. The device features 128kB flash memory, embedded LCD controller, integrated 16-bit SAR analog-to-digital converter, two analog comparators with selectable interrupt (PRACMP), Three serial communications interface modules (SCI), three serial peripheral interfaces and inter-integrated circuit (IIC).
