MK10DN64VFT5 is a Kinetis K10-50MHz, mixed-signal integration microcontroller (MCU) based on Arm® Cortex®-M4 core. The Kinetis K10 50MHz family of baseline, low-power MCU offers high feature integration in a small form factor, making it ideal for space- and cost-constrained applications. Independent flash banks allow concurrent code execution and firmware updating with no performance degradation or complex coding routines. Applications include automotive, industrial, mobile, smart city, and smart home.

- Low-power timer for continual system operation in reduced power state
- Cross bar switch enables concurrent multi-leaders bus accesses, increasing bus bandwidth
- Carrier modulator timer for infrared waveform generation in remote control applications
- One inter-IC sound (I2S) serial interface for audio system interfacing, one DSPI and one I2C
- Ext watchdog monitor drives output pin to safe state external components if watchdog event occurs
