Product Overview
TJA1044ET/0Z is a TJA1044 Mantis family high-speed CAN transceiver. It provides an interface between a Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. The transceiver is designed for high-speed CAN applications in the automotive industry, providing the differential transmit and receive capability to a microcontroller with a CAN protocol controller. It is an excellent choice for all types of HS-CAN networks, in nodes that require a low-power mode with wake-up capability via the CAN bus.
- Fully ISO 11898-2:2024, SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 and SAE J1939-14 compliant
- Certified according to latest VeLIO (Vehicle LAN Interoperability and Optimization) test requirement
- Very low-current standby mode with local and bus wake-up capability
- Optimized for use in 12V automotive systems
- AEC-Q100 qualified
- Supply voltage: 4.5 to 5.5V
- Standby undervoltage detection voltage on pin VCC is 4V typical
- SO8 package
- Virtual junction temperature: -40 to +150°C
