The D6T-44L-06 from Omron is a MEMS thermal sensor. It is small size, high accuracy, low noise, high sensitivity sensor that enables detection of stationary human presence by non contact temperature measurement.

- High precision area temperature detection with low cross talk field of view characteristics
- Unique MEMS and ASIC technology achieve a high SNR
- Power supply voltage range from 4.5VDC to 5.5VDC
