Product Overview
EE-SX3088 is an XK8-series photo microsensor (transmissive). It incorporates an IC chip with a built-in detector element and amplifier.
- Directly connects with C-MOS and TTL
- High resolution with a 0.5mm-wide sensing aperture, dark ON model
- Forward voltage is 1.2V typ (emitter, IF = 20mA, Ta=25°C), output voltage is 28V (Ta=25°C, detector)
- Reverse current is 0.01μA typ (VR = 4V, emitter, Ta = 25°C), output current is 16mA (Ta = 25°C)
- Current consumption is 3.2mA typ (VCC = 16V, Ta = 25°C, detector)
- Peak spectral sensitivity wavelength is 870nm (VCC = 4.5 to 16V, Ta = 25°C)
- Response frequency is 3KHz min (VCC = 4.5 to 16V, IF = 15mA, IOL = 16mA, Ta = 25°C)
