                      Product Overview

                      EE-SY110 is a compact photomicrosensor (Reflective) model with a molded housing.

                      • Recommended sensing distance is 5.0mm
                      • Forward voltage is 1.2V typ (IF = 30mA, Ta = 25°C, emitter)
                      • Reverse current is 0.01μA typ at VR = 4V, 25°C, emitter)
                      • Peak emission wavelength is 940nm typ (IF = 20mA, Ta = 25°C, emitter)
                      • 2000μA max light current at IF = 20mA, VCE = 10V and 200nA dark current at VCE = 10V (detector)
                      • Peak spectral sensitivity wavelength is 850nm typ (VCE = 10V, Ta = 25°C, detector)
                      • Rising time and falling time is 30μs typ (VCC = 5V, RL = 1kohm, IL = 1mA, Ta = 25°C)
                      • Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
