Product Overview
The NB4N527SMNEVB is an evaluation board for NB4N527S clock or data receiver/driver/buffer/translator. The NB4N527S is capable of translating any level input signal to LVDS. Depending on the distance, noise immunity of the system design, and transmission line media, this device will receive, drive or translate data or clock signals up to 2.5Gb/s or 1.25GHz, respectively. The NB4N527SMNEVB provides a high bandwidth 50ohm controlled impedance environment and this 16 lead QFN evaluation board is implemented in four layers with split power supplies. The first layer or primary trace layer is 0.005, thick Rogers RO6002 material, which is designed to have equal electrical length on all signal traces from the device under the test to the sense output. The second layer is the 1.0oz.
