Product Overview
The FDMC7660DC is a Cool™ dual N-channel MOSFET produced using advanced PowerTrench® process. Advancements in both silicon and Dual Cool™ package technologies have been combined to offer the lowest Ids (on) while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely low junction-to-ambient thermal resistance. The device is suitable for use with synchronous rectifier for DC-to-DC converters, telecom secondary side rectification and high end server/workstation applications.
