The GBPC2508 is a 4-pin single-phase Bridge Rectifier Diode with integrally moulded heat-sink provided very low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation. It has glass passivated junction with nickel finish terminals.

- Isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500V
- 560V Maximum RMS bridge input voltage
- -55 to 150°C Operating temperature range
