Product Overview
MC74HC30ADR2G is a high-performance silicon-gate CMOS, 8-input NAND gate. It is identical in pinout to the LS30. The device input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, this is compatible with LSTTL outputs.
- Output drive capability: 10 LSTTL loads
- Outputs directly interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL
- Operating voltage range from 2.0 to 6.0V
- Low input current is 1µA, 27pF power dissipation capacitance (per gate, 25°C, VCC=5V)
- High Noise Immunity Characteristic of CMOS Devices
- Input rise and fall time is 1000ns max (VCC = 2.0V)
- Maximum input leakage current is ±0.1µA (Vin = VCC or GND, -55 to 25°C)
- Maximum quiescent supply current is 2µA (-55 to 25°C)
- Maximum input capacitance is 10pF (-55 to 25°C)
