Product Overview
The MOC8106M is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with an NPN phototransistor. It features very low coupled capacitance along with no chip-to-pin 6 base connection for minimum noise susceptibility. It is suitable for digital logic input, microprocessor input and industrial control.
