Product Overview
CP-881 is a Reel Smart™ reel fed strip and crimp ferrule tool (120VAC). It is semi-automated, strip and crimp tool that installs single-wire ferrules onto insulated wire. This tool is used with continuously molded ferrules on mini-reels for medium to high volume terminations and has a 1.5 second cycle time for high productivity. The color-coded die inserts are easily matched to compatible ferrules for fast, efficient changeover. The lightweight and easy movement from workstation to workstation, provides maximum job site flexibility.
- Select FSD series ferrules on reel compatible connector
- Metric conductor size range from 1.5 to 0.5mm²
- Wire size range from #14 to #22AWG
- For use with CP-881-KIT4, 1.5s crimp cycle time
- Trapezoid crimp profile
- Overall height is 11inch, overall length is 12.6inch, overall width is 6.5inch
