Product Overview
The SD3EMI is a PanelMax™ EMI Noise Shield Kit for 3-inch height Panduit wiring duct. The PanelMax™ noise shield separates motor drive cable and sensitive communication/signal cable within industrial control panels to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) while saving valuable space. Zinc-plated steel surface in contact areas with sub-panel and bonding clip provides continuity and is corrosion resistant. Durable black powder coated vertical surface for smooth edges.
- Reduces EMI noise coupling between noise emitting and sensitive cabling
- Provides up to 20dB noise reduction, 90% noise voltage reduction (up to 6" air space)
- Bonding clips maintain electrical continuity and reliable system performance
- Perforated and pre-scored sections speed installation - Just snap off to easily cut to length
- Vertical wall slots allow wires to cross the barrier providing greater design flexibility
- Horizontal cable tie slots allow cable bundles to be held in place using cable ties
