Product Overview
TA563 is a BNC adaptor for the 3.5mm range of Pico passive oscilloscope probes. It's designed for connecting an oscilloscope probe tip directly to the BNC input of a DUT or source, and in addition to allow the probe to be plugged into the Signal Generator Output of the scope to perform a probe compensation.
- Compatible with the following 3.5mm scope probes: 500MHz passive probes (TA562)
