The 047011-000 from Raychem - TE Connectivity is hand crimping tool. This AD-1522-1 tool is used for completing wire terminations using DuraSeal splices. It has a pre-set crimp depth that provides the optimum combination of tensile strength and insulation integrity in finished splice. The ratcheted release ensures full closure of the tool to help prevent undercrimping. The tool is calibrated with standard gauge pins or with TE calibration gauge AE-2245. Ratchet controlled release handle load of 35 to 45lbs is required to release ratchet when applied approximately 1.75inch from end of handles.
