ISL3295EIHZ-T

The ISL3295EIHZ-T is a HBM ESD protected Single Transmitter for balanced communication using the RS-485 and RS-422 standards. This driver has very low bus currents, so it presents less than a 1/8 unit load to the RS-485 bus. This allows more than 256 transmitters on the network without violating the RS-485 specifications 32 unit load maximum and without using repeaters. Hot plug circuitry ensures that the Tx outputs remain in a high impedance state while the power supply stabilizes. Driver on the ISL3295E is not limited, so it can achieve the 20Mbps data rate.
