Product Overview
RAA223011 high voltage buck converter evaluation board is designed to demonstrate a low-cost high performance non-isolated AC/DC conversion from a universal input of 85VAC to 265VAC, to a 12V output with the output current up to 300mA. The board has built-in overcurrent, short-circuit, input brownout and overtemperature protection. The board is designed on a single side PCB with a single diode half-wave input rectification. It comes with a RAA223011 in a 7 Ld SOIC package. Typical applications home appliances, home automation, IoT, sensors, metering, industry control and bias power.

- Output current of 300mA max (at 230VAC or higher), output power of 3.96W
- Efficiency of <gt/>68% at 100% load, 80% at 50% load
- No-load power of 6.7mW at 120VAC and 7.6mW at 230VAC
- Load regulation of -4.7%, load range 10% to 100%
- Operating temperature range from -45°C to 65°C
